The Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA), decided to relocate premises and engaged Renascent on a manage + build agreement to construct their new 950m² office space.
The new environment was designed and built to meet the change in business culture of the ASFA business, from conventional office to an open plan setting, which now incorporates a mix of open office and shared team spaces.
A large functional staff breakout area incorporating a mixture of banquet and café style seating was included, as well as, two training rooms that open via operable wall and lead to a large training room with combined audio visual functions, ante space, thirteen meeting and hush rooms, and a boardroom with audio visual and video conference facilities. A high quality reception area with stone reception desk and feature timber veneer joinery was embodied, incorporating the company logo, and inviting clients into their new space.
Full open client involvement was included into the design, commercial management and programming. This collaborative approach enabled Renascent to successfully deliver the project on time, on budget and exceed client expectations.
